Chambers’ employment team is highly regarded nationally, with members undertaking a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious work on behalf of employers and employees alike. Members appear regularly in employment tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Areas of members’ expertise include discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, minimum wage claims, whistle-blowing claims, breaches of contract and injunctive proceedings in disputes arising from restrictive covenants. Chambers’ members are instructed regularly to draft contracts and terms of engagement.
