Magdalen’s Housing team is widely respected for its strength and depth of expertise. The team is led by Natasha Bellinger who is recognised in the Legal 500 as a leading junior in the area of social housing.

Our specialist barristers have extensive experience of advising and representing tenants, local authorities, social and private landlords and homeless applicants across the whole spectrum of housing related disputes including possession, injunctions, committals and homelessness appeals.

Members of the team accept work across all levels in the courts and tribunals relating to housing matters, including legal aid and private client matters.
