Magdalen Chambers has an experienced team of specialist barristers acting on behalf of Claimants and Defendants in all aspects of personal injury and clinical negligence litigation. The team conducts a wide ranging case load, which includes serious and complex physical and psychiatric injuries, fatal accidents as well as more minor cases.

Although chambers is on the Western Circuit members of the team regularly appear in the London and South Eastern Circuit courts and also appear in courts on other circuits further afield.

Members frequently act under conditional fee agreements and where it is appropriate to act on such a basis, members will agree terms based on the standard terms agreed by PIBA.
