Chambers’ Land & Property team comprises specialist barristers who are able to provide expertise across the whole range of land and property disputes.

Members of the team frequently advise and represent clients in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.  We also have specialists with particular expertise in relation to matters before the former leasehold valuation tribunal which are now dealt with in the new First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

Our Housing Team comprises specialist barristers with extensive experience of advising and representing tenants, local authorities, social and private landlords and homeless applicants across the whole spectrum of housing related disputes.

Members of the team accept work in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Lands Tribunals.
