The family finance team has a considerable depth of experience in dealing with all aspects of financial work that relates to the breakdown of family relationships. Although we typically represent husbands and wives following divorce proceedings we increasingly represent cohabitees, same sex couples, children, parents and third parties who may intervene in financial disputes, such as companies or trustees.
