He advises and acts in all types of financial remedy claims, including disputes over jurisdiction and cases involving farms, inherited assets, pensions and third-party claims.
Christian advises on and drafts pre-nuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements.
Christian also acts in property disputes between unmarried couples and other family members including claims involving constructive trusts and proprietary estoppel and in claims brought for financial provision for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
Christian is the Head of our Family Finance Team.
