Ella joined Chambers in November 2022 following the completion of a specialist Family Pupillage under the supervision of Elizabeth Willsteed.

Ella is developing a busy practice across public and private children law cases, as well as Family Law Act Injunctions.

She represents local authorities, parents and guardians at all stages in proceedings. Ella was instructed as junior counsel in an eleven-day Fact-Finding Hearing involving allegations of Non Accidental Injury.

Ella has built a strong reputation for her robust approach and sensitive handling of cases. She is approachable and able to reassure clients, including those who are particularly vulnerable. She regularly receives positive feedback from both lay and professional clients.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Ella worked as a County Court Advocate. Ella studied her undergraduate degree at the University of Bristol and completed her BPTC at the University of the West of England, achieving an Outstanding.
