Ann Marie Williams

Well giving a testimonial about the service you provided to me is very easy.
"Tony was very professional, friendly & efficient. He was there at all times to help & advice me every step of the way. He responded to all of my queries quickly and in a very simply way to understand. His approach in defending me from beginning to end gave me the confidence I needed. He completely changed the game plans of my opponent to our advantage. He prepares well in advance and is very confident and so was able to make me feel relaxed and at ease and less stressed out about such a difficult and stressful case that I was dealing with"
I was very happy with Tony’s help and was happy to use his service.
All the best for the future Tony..’

Barbara and John Dadds

Tony Ward acted for our daughter in relation to child protection matters, following a breach of a Court Undertaking by her ex husband via Direct Access.
From the outset our daughter knew she was in capable hands and his reassuring presence throughout the litigation was of great comfort. Happily, there was a successful outcome. She has found the scheme to be extremely beneficial. Rather than forwarding correspondence through a solicitor, she is communicating directly with Tony, thereby cutting down on time, expense and unnecessary delays. Furthermore, there is always concern that correspondence forwarded through a third party may be reworded, thereby allowing the potential for inaccuracies.
Tony is easy to talk to and will always listen and give advice and guidance. From a practical point of view, we know that all of her concerns will be taken on board. Tony reads and re-reads the correspondence involved, and I know that when the Court day arrives he will be prepared for anything and everything.

Tony is the consummate professional and can be recommended to anyone requiring the services of a first class Direct Access Barrister.

Penny Commerford

“You are a supreme master of the courtroom. It was a privilege to watch you subtlety let (my former husband) tie himself in knots, while you calmly substantiated your point.”
