Hanson Quarry Products Europe Ltd -v- Luck [2022] EAT 98

Andrew Worthley recently represented the respondent employee at the EAT in an appeal against a finding of unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages secured at a 5-day tribunal hearing. Permission to appeal having been granted to the employer by the EAT President on 7 separate grounds, Andrew successfully resisted all grounds at the substantive hearing against a top Employment QC.
