Chambers is pleased to announce that Natasha Bellinger has been elected joint Head of Chambers, alongside Rupert Chapman, who continues in the role. Natasha’s appointment follows the elevation to the District Bench of previous joint Head of Chambers, Russell James.
Natasha is an experienced civil practitioner, recognised in the Legal 500 and is a member of the Attorney General’s list of panel counsel. Natasha is also a part time lecturer at the University of Exeter where she is Co-Director of the Exeter Community Law Clinic. She has been involved with the Pathways to Law programme at the University run by the Sutton Trust for many years and more recently was appointed as a trustee of Advocate (the Bar’s national pro bono charity). In all those positions, Natasha takes an active role in promoting access to justice for those who cannot afford representation and access to the profession including increasing diversity at the Bar.
